\n\tIs seeing the private parts of the opposite gender with lust in a digital photo or video establish the ruling of <\/span><\/span>hurmat<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>musahara<\/span><\/span>?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf a man sees the frontal private part of a woman then Hurmat Musaharah is established, <\/span><\/span>however<\/span><\/span> he must actually see the private part.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFor example, if she was standing and he saw it then Hurmat would not be established, but if she was sitting down reclining then it would be established.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is necessary for the Hurmat to be established that the private part is seen physically. Seein it via digital photos or videos will not establish it.<\/a>[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
