Can you please provide a response?<\/p>\n<p>\tLike if a person is deaf can he watch videos online to help him understand deen better and for better understanding? As some people understand better when they see lip movement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAnd some people suffer from conditions like Retinitis pigmentosa, so they examine their eyes by watching videos to better understand their peripheral vision.
