\n\tAssalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf a husband in anger says to his wife, "I’m only waiting for our son to turn 18 years old (the son is currently four years old) then it's finished between us, I can’t tolerate this anymore.” Does this count as a divorce? <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnd if yes when would it take effect?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe wife asked the husband if his purpose was to divorce and he said no.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tKindly guide me according to the Sharia<\/em> and Hanafi Fiqh<\/em>.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
