\n\tHusband gave talaq notice to wife in which he had to tick talaq e bain, As it is Bangladeshi divorce form, there is no option to write the number of talaq. After giving notice they reconcile by family meeting within one month. Now is it valid to continue the relationship?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBy giving Talaq-e-bain divorce takes place, now if there was no intention when issuing the divorce only one divorce will occur. Once this divorce occurs the iddah period will start and after 3 menstrual cycles, she will be out of your nikah.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tReconciling through a family meeting will not work in this case because the divorce is bain. If you wish you can re-marry your wife after the ending of these three menstrual cycles.[1]<\/a><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
