This is mustuhub for the Mufrid and wajib for the Qarin and Mutamatti. This is the first Qurbani. On top of that a pilgrim, who has wealth equivalent to the Nisaab, is liable to perform another Qurbani as long as one has made the intention of staying in Makkah for a period of fifteen days. However, it is not necessary to perform this Qurbani in Mina or Makkah. If it is done at one&rsquo;s hometown it will be fulfilled.
