Just 3 days ago, he decided he&rsquo;s moving to Riyadh, and after leaving, some people say he should of performed tawaaf widaa and he now has to give&nbsp;damm .&nbsp; Is that correct<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The tawaf al-widaa is not waajib (obligatory) on the residents of Makkah because they are not bidding the Ka&rsquo;bah farewell.
