\n\tA person gives Qurbani in the UK say 1 sheep, a person has to become full occupier of the sheep to give the Qurbani (malik), however in this country the butcher or by law they are not allowed to give the skin, head etc hence is a person Qurbani has done and if it's done does he have to give sadaqah in return of it.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe person that asked the question he asked the same to another mufti he said the Qurbani is not done due to the process. Please reply as soon as possible. Jazakumullah<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tNow I'm confused can I do Qurbani in this country this eid<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSelling the skin of the Qurbani is not allowed[1]<\/a>, however keeping the skin of the Qurbani with the slaughterhouses or the individuals who take care of the slaughtering process is completely allowed as long as it is not kept with them as any part of the payment.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
