He then talks with her in a flirty way, does she come back into his nikah?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" dir=\"RTL\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u0628\u0650\u0633\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0652\u0645<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Answer<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The jurists have stated that there are two ways of effecting ruj\u016b\u02bb (reconciliation) after one \u1e6dal\u0101q (divorce):<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>Ruj\u016b\u02bb by speech<\/b>. This is accomplished through the husband saying something like &quot;I have made Ruj\u016b\u02bb&quot; or &quot;I have retained you&quot;. Ruj\u016b\u02bb by speech will take effect on whether the wife is present or not. If she is not present, it is best to have two witnesses present (Raddu al-Mu\u1e25t\u0101r, 5\/25).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>Ruj\u016b\u02bb by action<\/b>. \u02bbAll\u0101mah Ibn \u02bb\u0100bid\u012bn said that ruj\u016b\u02bb by action requires lust\/desire on the part of the husband and\/or the wife, and either of the following:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Touching his wife, having intercourse with her, kissing her (including the face, forehead, and lips), or touching her (with or without an intervening cloth) where the heat of the body is felt with desire.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Looking at the inside of the wife&#39;s private parts with the intention of ruj\u016b\u02bb.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It is praiseworthy to make ruj\u016b\u02bb by speech and disliked doing it by action (Raddu al-Mu\u1e25t\u0101r, 5\/24).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Talking in a flirty way does not result in ruj\u016b\u02bb (reconciliation), because it is not clear\/explicit.
