Consider the following Hadith:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Hadhrat Ibn Mas&rsquo;ood (Radhiallaahu &Aacute;nhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) declared every wine, gambling, the beating of drums and every intoxicant as Haraam. (Abu Dawud)<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">This Hadith is general and prohibits the beating of the drum.
