\n\tA man's hand touched my arm over my clothes. Now I cannot determine whether I felt his body heat or not. I just remember feeling something in my vagina. It felt like something might have come out of my vagina. Did it cause hurmat musahara?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe rulings of Hurmat Musaharah<\/em> (incest) are delicate and intricate.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the Hanafi Mathhab, Hurmat Musaharah <\/em>will be established between a man and a woman when one of them touches or kisses the other (without the barrier of a thick cloth) with Shahwat<\/em> (lust).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is also necessary for the establishment of Hurmat Musaharah <\/em>that the Shahwah<\/em> is experienced at the exact time of touching.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTaking this into consideration in the above situation, Hurmat Musaharah has not<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>occurred.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
