\n\t\tWhen we are praying as <\/span><\/span>maamumah<\/span><\/span> and the Imaam is reciting in a high voice like salatul maghrIb, fajr, and isha, what are we supposed to do? Do we also recite in a low voice or should we only keep quiet and listen to the Imaam’s recitation?<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen a person is praying behind the Im\u0101m he should remain silent in all the prayers and should not recite any Quran.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tListening and staying silent has been ordered in the Quran. The listening, although not possible at the time of silent prayers, but remaining silent is possible and so acting upon the apparent meaning of the verse is necessary.[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
