\n\tAnswer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tA blood transfusion is when you're given blood from someone else. A blood transfusion <\/span><\/span>may be<\/span><\/span> needed because the body is not making enough red blood cells or because you have lost blood.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFasting will become invalid if anything is inserted through a normal opening such as the mouth, nose or private parts and it reaches the stomach or the brain.[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen blood transfusion is performed and the blood of a donor enters into the body of a fasting person the above conditions which invalidate the fasting are not met, i.e. the blood does not reach the stomach or brain and also the blood does not enter through a normal opening, therefore the fasting would remain intact and valid.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
