\n\tThere is not enough space for my wife to read behind me when doing Jamat at home. Is it allowed for her to stand a little behind me by my side?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the same way, can my children also stand to the right of my wife for salat with Jamat due to lack of space?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is permissible for a husband and wife to do Jamat together with the husband leading the salah and the wife standing behind him.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn principle, the wife should stand right behind her husband, but if due to lack of space if this is not possible then she can stand a few steps behind her husband to his right. The children can also stand to the right side of their mother.[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
