In our discussion, he uttered the following sentence: <span dir=\"RTL\">\u062a\u0642\u0644\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0627\u0626\u0631\u0629<\/span> which means &lsquo;the plane took off&rsquo;. I repeated the phrase with a slight mistake of pronunciation like; &#39;tatalaqhaa tayra&rsquo; and thinking that I&rsquo;ve pronounced as it should be.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<br \/>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">I don&#39;t know if I thought about the metaphor of divorce before or after&nbsp;my pronunciation but I know that I thought about it.<br \/>\n\tI don&#39;t know also about what the intention was at that time because just after the conversation I forgot everything, the only thing I remember is the pronunciation.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Our conversation was not about divorce at all.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">My questions are:<br \/>\n\t&#8211; Is &lsquo;tatalaqhaa tayra&rsquo; a metaphorical divorce?<br \/>\n\t&#8211; Is &lsquo;the plane took off&rsquo; (what I thought I was saying) a metaphor of divorce?<br \/>\n\t&#8211; If one of the two above questions is a yes, then what about the doubt on the intention?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u0628\u0650\u0633\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0652\u0645<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Words that affect divorce have two types:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>Sareeh<\/em> (clear wordings): To clearly express the wordings of divorce, such as to say &ldquo;I divorce you&rdquo; or &ldquo;you are divorced&rdquo;. These words come into effect whether or not one has the intention of divorce.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>Kinayah<\/em> (ambiguous words): To ambiguously express wordings of divorce. <em>Kinayah<\/em> words do not come into effect unless one intends divorce by them.
