There are also some narrations that say not to do hijamah on specific days like Wednesday and Saturday. What if the two overlap? Are these narrations authentic?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span dir=\"RTL\">\u0628\u0650\u0633\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0652\u0645<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Both of these reports exist. Here are some of them:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">&ldquo;The Prophet used to like cupping done on the 17th, 19th, and 21st [of the month].&rdquo;<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\">[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">&quot;The Prophet would get cupped in his jugular veins and his upper back. And he would get cupped on the seventeenth (of the month), (or) the nineteenth, and (or) the twenty-first.&quot;<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" title=\"\">[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">&ldquo;She [a woman] said that her father used to forbid his family to have themselves cupped on a Tuesday, and used to assert on the authority of the Messenger of Allah, that Tuesday is the day of blood in which there is an hour when it does not stop.&rdquo;<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\" title=\"\">[3]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Mulla Ali Qari has stated that it is possible to reconcile these, and other narrations, of Ahadith by saying that the specific days which were discouraged to be cupped do not apply when they happen to fall on one of the days when it is recommended to be cupped, such as the 17th, 19th, and the 21st.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\" title=\"\">[4]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Therefore, the recommended days override the discouraging days when they overlap. There is another explanation that the &lsquo;day of blood&rsquo; refers to the day that one of Adam&rsquo;s sons killed his brother, so it is referring to that.
