\n\t1. In the case of a person fasting 31 days. What is the hukm of this additional fast? Is it considered Ramadan fast (fardh) or is it nafl fast or something else?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2a) This is because if it is considered fardh or wajib a woman will have to do qadha of it if she misses it due to haidh.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t
\n\tb) If it is Nafl, then a woman can intend to do her qadha fast that day. Is that correct?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t1) This day will have to be fasted, though it will be considered to be a Nafl fast.[1]<\/sup><\/strong><\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t2a) Given that it is a Nafl fast if a woman misses it due to Haid she will not have to do Qadha of it.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t2b) Although this fast will be a Nafl fast, given that this day is still a day of Ramadan this fast will be considered to be of Ramadan and therefore one cannot fast it with the intention of Qadha.[2]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
