\n\tIn the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnswer:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAllah says “Then Allah sent a crow searching in the ground to show him how to hide (bury) the disgrace of his brother. He said, "O woe to me! Have I failed to be like this crow and hide the body of my brother?" And he became of the regretful.” [Surah Maidah: 31]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tFrom the verse above, we see that it is preferable to bury the animals which may have passed away than to cremate the body.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn regards to your query, there is no explicit quotation from the Quran and Sunnah on how the remains of an animal should be disposed of.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Prophet (PBUH) has mentioned: "Faith has seventy-some odd doors, the lowest of which is removing something harmful from the road, and its highest is the statement La Ilaha Illallah." <\/span><\/span>[Tirmidhi 2614]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTherefore, if the remains of an animal are causing a problem and harm for the pedestrians and burying is not possible, then cremating will be permissible for the removal of the remains.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
