They read it in their spots and then in front of the teacher. Is one sajdah compulsory for tilawah and one for listening, or one for both? However, if a person changes the majlis and the verse is recited or heard again, another sajdah is required.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If a student is sitting in a spot in the class where the teacher is not clearly able to hear them, then the student would perform a single sajdah for all the repetitions and the teacher would not perform any sajdahs. Getting up and changing the position to be in front of the teacher would be considered a change in the majlis<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\">[1]<\/a>.&nbsp; Therefore, when the student goes in front of the teacher and recites the same verse again, the student and the teacher would each perform sajdah.
