Who was the legitimate Caliphate during that period? I know Muawiyah (RA) took over shortly, but I mean right after Ali&#8217;s (RA) death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><u>Answer<\/u><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Whether Hadhrat Hasan (may Allah Ta\u2019ala be pleased with him) was from the Khulafaa Raashidoon or not is a question that is related to Iman and Kufr so holding an opinion which is against the majority will not be detrimental to your faith in this regard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Narrated from Abu Sa \u2018eed Al-Khudri, in the report about the building of the mosque (in Madinah), that he said: We would carry one brick at a time, but\u00a0 \u2018Ammaar would carry two bricks at a time. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saw him and brushed the dust from him, saying: \u201cWoe to \u2018Ammaar; he will be killed by the transgressing group; he will be calling them to Paradise and they will be calling him to Hell\u201d. \u2018Ammaar said: I seek refuge with Allah from tribulation.
