Allamah Zufur Ahmad (RA) narrates that it is permissible for women to wear all types of jewelry made out of gold and silver like rings, bangles, anklets, necklaces, etc (Illaus Sunan p.289 v.17)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">It is permissible for women to wear plastic necklaces or bangles etc\u2026 (Khawateen Ke Li Jadeed Masaail p.112)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">However, it is Makruh Tanzihi and not Tahrimi for women to wear rings other than gold and silver. (Fatawa Rashidiyah p.491)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">If the rings are made out of iron but are plated with gold or silver, then there is nothing wrong in women wearing them. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.335 v.5)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">From the aforementioned discussion, we can derive that imitation jewelry besides rings is permissible. Selling those types of jewelry will be permissible, however, selling imitation rings would not be allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Similarly, selling bridal clothes or wedding dresses would be permissible.
