Question regarding gaps between periods. If a woman has periods normally for 10 days. After 7 days she sees nothing,\u00a0 no discharge no blood Day 8 she sees yellow discharge. Then nothing 10th day in the morning she sees a spot of blood.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

240 hours completed at 7 o’clock at night on the 10th day. When would she consider her end of the period?<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

According to the Hanafi scholars, the maximum number of days that a woman can be considered in the state of menstruation is 10 consecutive days.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Therefore in this case after 10 days she would be considered pure for a minimum of 15 days since 15 days is the minimum gap for the state of purity between menstruations.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She should complete her ghusl and perform her prayers exactly 10 days after her initial bleeding.<\/span><\/p>\n
