In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As a son, you have a duty towards your mother and you also have a duty towards your wife, as a husband to her.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Allah SWT says in the Quran,<\/span><\/p>\n

And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. [2]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The most complete of the believers in faith, is the one with the best character. And the best of you are those who are best to their women. [3]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Sadly, its common nowadays for mother in law and daughter in law to not get along. However, sometimes it could be due to the territory. This should not entail in you divorcing your wife in any way or disconnecting kinship with your mother in any way. Hence, it could be best to move out as that builds space and affection.<\/span><\/p>\n
