I have a bad habit of masturbating sometimes and during Ramadan, there were two days where I ejaculated without using my hands. I know this question has been answered before but my question is a bit more specific. I can ejaculate without using my hands but by squeezing some muscles in my lower abdomen whilst having sexual thoughts. Do I need to make up my fast again?<\/span><\/p>\n

One should seek spiritual and mental health for habits that are difficult to be broken along with doing constant repentance to Allah.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, your fast is broken by ejaculation even without the use of hands. The ejaculation occurred out of lust and was intentional therefore rendered the fast null and void. Since there was no vaginal penetration in this case there is no kaffarah but the fast must be repeated.<\/span><\/p>\n
