Is cunnilingus \/ oral sex\/kissing licking of vagina of the wife is permeable in Islam,\u00a0 I can perform it without fearing Allah and without worrying about committing a sin?<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the \u201coral sex\u201d includes the penis being inserted in the wife\u2019s mouth to the extent that she swallows the filth, whether this filth is semen (Mani) or pre-ejaculatory fluid (Madhi), or the man takes the filth of the woman in his mouth, then this will not be permissible. (Fatawa Rahimiyah p.270 v.6 & Fatawa Hindiyya p.372 v.5)<\/span><\/p>\n

However, if the act consists of the wife kissing her husband\u2019s penis and the husband kisses her genitals and they avoid any areas where there is pre-ejaculatory fluid, then there is a difference of opinion. Some scholars say that it will be permissible (Mubah), although disliked whilst others say it will still remain Makruh (disliked). <\/span>(See Fatawa Rahimiyah p.406 v.9)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If semen (mani) is discharged after having oral sex, ghusl will become obligatory.\u00a0 (<\/span>Raddul Muhtar p.300 v.1)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
