As she is only halfway through learning the Quran, I need to know if I can teach her during the days she is impure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The maximum amount of time that a period can last is ten days and ten nights, any bleeding experienced beyond ten days is known as irregular bleeding (Istihadha).[1]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">In order to distinguish between what is period bleeding and what is Istihadha you would refer back to the normal duration of her periods prior to the irregular bleeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If she has not had a period prior to the irregular bleeding, then her period will be ten days long every month and the rest of the month she will be considered to be in a state of Istihadha.[2]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A person in Istihadha will make Wudhu for every Salaat. her Wudhu will remain for the entirety of that Salaah&#8217;s time and she is allowed to pray, read Quran and do other acts of worship with that Wudhu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
