In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tubal ligation is also known as having your tubes tied or tubal sterilization is a type of permanent birth control. During a tubal ligation, the fallopian tubes are cut, tied, or blocked to permanently prevent pregnancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tubal ligation prevents an egg from traveling from the ovaries through the fallopian tubes and blocks sperm from traveling up the fallopian tubes to the egg. The procedure doesn’t affect the menstrual cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tubal ligation has been usually considered an irreversible method and therefore, would be haram, just as any type of male and female permanent irreversible methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reversible tubal ligation is permissible only due to extreme needs [1]<\/a> such as; medical needs and is advised by a practicing and a pious Muslim doctor.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Islam encourages having children. Sayyiduna Maqil Bin Yasar ( \u0631\u0636\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647 ) narrated that Prophet (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645)said:<\/span><\/p>\n
