If someone said that if I smoked tell 30 days then if someone marries me she will be\u00a0 3 times talaq on me( as I do not specify someone and give talaq before nikah and said anyone who marry me so she will be talaq on me 3 times if I smoked …now if I smoked within this 30 days so that I break the condition..now I want to marry so what will be the solution for it, sir?<\/span><\/p>\n

When someone attaches divorce to marriage by saying “If I marry then they will be divorced”, then the divorce will occur immediately after marriage, this is because it becomes an oath by the person who says it [1]<\/span><\/p>\n

Aisha (RA) narrated that Abu Bakr(RA) had never broken his oaths till Allah revealed the expiation for the oaths. Then he said, “If I take an oath to do something and later on I find something else better than the first one, then I do what is better and make expiation for my oath.”[2]<\/span><\/p>\n

When an oath is broken there are a number of methods to expedite the sin of breaking an oath.<\/span><\/p>\n
