(Raddul Muhtar p.135 v.4)\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n\t\tThose who do not hold such beliefs, which constitute kufr, like believing that Saaiduna Ali Radiallahu Anhu was the rightful first caliph after the death of the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam and not Saaiduna Abu Bakr Radiallahu Anhu. (Ibid)\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWith regards to your question, if the Shia is from the first category then it will not be permissible to eat from such a sacrifice. However, if it is from the second category then it will be permissible to eat from such a sacrifice as long as the conditions of a valid Islamic ritual slaughter is found.
