I want to ask if it is permissible to marry this Ism\u0101ili guy or is it outside the pale of Sunni Islam? The reasoning for this is that their beliefs contradict several major tenants of creed according to Islam, the Qur\u2019\u0101n, and prophetic teachings. \u2013 (See: Rad Al-Mu\u1e25t\u0101r, Vol 3, Page 45, D\u0101r Al-Fikr<sup>1<\/sup>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Some examples of Ism\u0101il\u012b beliefs are listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">God does not have attributes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mu\u1e25ammad (<em>peace and blessings upon him<\/em>) is not the final prophet, rather Mu\u1e25ammad Ibn Ism\u0101\u2019il is, who was granted the status equal to prophethood.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The physical bodies of their \u201cimams\u201d and \u201cAga Khans\u201d are unlike other humans, rather they are made from the direct light of God.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">They disrespect, express their enmity and hatred to various Companions including Ab\u016b Bakr and Omar (<em>may All\u0101h be pleased with them both<\/em>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The bounties of Paradise and the punishments of the hellfire are only virtual (not physical).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Every verse of the Qur\u2019\u0101n has a hidden meaning that only a selected few can access. The verdicts of the Aga Khan are more important and valuable than the Qur\u2019\u0101n itself.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">They reject the reality of Judgment Day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">They believe in the reincarnation of souls after death in this world.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">They believe in 7 pillars. Wil\u0101yah is the first pillar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Their real pilgrimage (\u1e24ajj) is to be in the presence or get a glimpse of the Aga Khan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">They only pray 3 times a day. The formal method of prayer (<em>\u1e63<\/em><em>al\u0101h<\/em>) is left to the explained procedure of the Aga Khan, which is, in current times, just making supplications rather than the procedure expounded by the Prophet Mu\u1e25ammad (<em>peace and blessings upon him<\/em>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Prostration to the Aga Khan is not only permissible but obliged since he is considered the manifestation of God in this world.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
