I am the of the wife of Mohd Ismail, as there were disputes between me and my mother in law I have demanded a separate accommodation after we started living separately mother in law announced me not in enter her premises, even she started to abuse me with bad words once I accidentally stepped in her premises. Although my husband is taking care of her meeting all the Haq as a son (with respect to money, meeting, staying with her, taking her out etc..) then I am totally struck to climb a single step in her premises ok with a heavy heart I took that but then my husband started taking my daughter to meet her grandmother on a daily basis, which I am not able to cope with since I was abused with bad words just for living separately and also not permitted to go to that place. When I am not allowed to go to that place then why should I send my daughter to that place. I am really feeling sad about this but my husband doesn’t listen to me. He just said he is also his daughter’s father and will definitely take his daughter with him to meet grandmother.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Deen gives a lot of importance to family ties. This is highlighted in one of the final pieces of advice of The Prophet (Peace and Blessings Upon Him).<\/span><\/p>\n

Anas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said in his illness before he passed away, \u201cYour family relations! Your family relations!\u201d [S\u0323ah\u0323i\u0304h\u0323 Ibn H\u0323ibba\u0304n 463]1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Your husband has the right to take your daughter to visit his mother. It is impermissible to prevent the grandmother from seeing her granddaughter.<\/span><\/p>\n
