Prophet of Allah (SAW) Parents<\/p>\n

\u00a0In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Answer <\/strong><\/p>\n

There are three views with regards to the belief of the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam\u2019s parents.<\/p>\n

They died as disbelievers but they wont be punished because they passed away before the Prophethood of their son.<\/p>\n

  1. They died in disbelief but they were raised up again and brought Imaan at the hands of their son.<\/li>\n
  2. Either through their intellect or by following the religion of the Prophet Ibrahim, they came to know the prohibition of worshipping anyone besides Allah.\u00a0 They were aware that a Prophet will come and had a firm intention to believe in him.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    However, the practice of the Salaf has been to remain silent on such issues.\u00a0 (Mazaahirul Haqq p.478 v.2)<\/p>\n
