Question:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One day, I go to the toilet. then I think and said to my mind that I said Talaq sentence to my wife in past time? suddenly, I utter and say this sentence to my wife for remember and recapture talaq sentence in past quarrel moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I have no intention. only remember and recapture about talaq.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now I feel tension. Does any talaq occur?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are two types of words a person can use to constitute a divorce;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Firstly, he can use explicit words such as \u201cI divorce you\u201d or \u201cyou are divorced\u201d etc. Using such words would break the marriage whether the divorce is intended or not. (1)<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Secondly, he can use ambiguous words such as \u201cleave\u201d or \u201cdivorce\u201d etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Using such words will not break the marriage by default, rather the intention is going to be considered. (2)<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The divorce takes place if a person intended to divorce using such words.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Only Allah knows best.<\/span><\/p>\n
