Is it true? What purity it is referring to is its purity of body or purity of soul? In all lectures, we use to here but they don&#8217;t specify the exact entity. We use to chant Astagfirullah does this suffice to purify our hearts? How does a soul become pure\/Impure?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cleanliness in general is a huge part of our faith because every feature or characteristic of \u201cIman\u201d (faith) contributes to the purification of one&#8217;s body or soul. So there\u2019s the purification of the 1) <strong>body<\/strong> and 2) <strong>soul<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Purification of the body<\/strong> (Outer purification \u2013 achieved through correct body purification, such as ablution, bathing, brushing teeth, using scent, keeping the house and clothes clean, and so on.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0636\u0648\u0621 \u0634\u0637\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0625\u064a\u0645\u0627\u0646\u060c \u0648\u0627\u0644\u062d\u0645\u062f \u0644\u0644\u0647 \u062a\u0645\u0644\u0623<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Al-Wudu (ablution) is half of faith, and all praise is due to Allah (Al-Hamdulill\u0101h) fills the Scale [Tirmithi Hadeeth no: 3517]<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2) Purification of the heart <\/strong>(The five pillars of Islam can be used to achieve inner purity.
