Does hurmate musaharah apply if you look at a man’s leg with lust. Not his private part! Only his leg that too only his calves. Please reply according to HANAFI. This is giving me anxiety.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hurmah Musaharah will be established when sexual intercourse has been performed so their relatives will be forbidden upon each other. If someone performs adultery or touches or kisses or looks at the private parts with lust then Hurmah Musaharah will be established, this touching will be directly on the skin or over a cloth by which the heat of the body can be felt, just by looking at this person and not their private parts with lust will not establish Hurmah Musaharah but is a grave sin and one should repent. If touching is involved by which an erection or orgasm occurs, then Hurmah Musaharah will be established.1<\/sup> Hence in your situation looking at the leg with lust will not establish Hurmah Musaharah but is still a grave sin.<\/span><\/p>\n
