The husband said to the wife I give you one separation. The wife asked what do you mean? Husband said one separation means one divorce. Which divorce has taken place?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is stated in Fata\u0304wa\u0304 Da\u0304r Al-\u201bulu\u0304m Zakari\u0304yya\u0304<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the husband uttered these words with the intention of divorce, then one talaq-e-bain has taken place. Divorce will not take place without an intention. The reality of the intention can be learnt from the husband.1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
