The sunnah <em>i\u2019itik\u0101f<\/em> will conclude as soon as the sun sets on the 30<sup>th<\/sup> day. This is the same rule regardless of which moon sighting method you and your local masjid follow. \u2013 (Rad Al-Mu\u1e25t\u0101r, Vol 2, Page 452, D\u0101r Al-Fikr)<sup>1<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ab\u016b Sa\u2019\u012bd Al-Khudr\u012b reports, \u201cThe Messenger of All\u0101h, (<em>peace and blessings be upon him<\/em>) used to do <em>i\u2019itik\u0101f<\/em> in the middle ten days of Rama\u1e0d\u0101n.
