I have noticed that some brands have very small crosses as part of their logo on their clothing, normally on top of a crown (for example Real Madrid football club). As Muslims are we allowed to wear these items of clothing as they have crosses even though they are very small?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It will not be permissible to wear any clothing or logo that has a clear crucifix cross on it- as for crosses that are embedded within a design and are not distinguishable as a crucifix that will be fine.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Prophet\u2019s [sallAllahu alaihi wa sallam] wife Aa\u2019ishah [radhiAllahu anha] tells us that \u201cThe Prophet [sallAllahu alaihi wa sallam] never left anything in the house that had a cross on it without erasing it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The crucifix is a defining feature of Christianity and their heretic belief that Jesus [peace be upon him] is the son of God who was killed on the cross. Most crucifix crosses are typically a cross shape with the top vertical line shorter than the lower like on the RMFC logo, however, this is not exclusive and depends on the design and context.<\/span><\/p>\n
