I typed the D word for research purposes on google. As I was typing the word – halfway through, I got these thoughts. Am I intending to D my wife and get a scary fear in my heart? This has scared me very much as I had no intention of it. I have suffered waswasa about this as I have heard that it can take place through writing. What would be the consequence of this on my marriage to shaykh.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are no consequences of this on your marriage. A written divorce will only take place when a formal letter is written with the addressee’s name. Since you did not intend to divorce your wife, nor was it a formal letter addressed to your wife.<\/span><\/p>\n
