First Umrah removes all of his hair but after 2-3 days he does a second Umrah but doesn&#8217;t remove the required 1\/3 length ( as per Hanafi fiqh) after a few days did the third Umrah and shaved his head before wearing the Ihram of Haj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1. Are his umrah and Hajj valid?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Did the person come out of all ihrams once he shaved in the 3rd Umrah?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">He has compensated with a dum for his ignorance of the second Umrah repented but somehow he gets thoughts that he may <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">not be forgiven<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u0650<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The First Umrah, Third Umrah, and Hajj are not affected. The point of focus is the haircut after the second umrah. The minimum amount that needs to be trimmed off the hair is the extent of a fingertip from a quarter of one\u2019s head, although it is optimal to cut this hair from the entire head.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If the hair that the person shaved was at least a quarter of his head it was sufficient and there is no penalty due. If he did not shave at least a quarter of his head, he will owe one damm.
