I followed the rules of 40 days of bleeding after childbirth considering my baby&#8217;s body and features were developed. Is it ok to have marital relations after the bleeding has stopped, even though my 40 days are not over?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>In the name of All\u0101h, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Since the baby&#8217;s body and features were developed, you were correct to follow the rules of forty days after childbirth. <a href=\"#sdfootnote1sym\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The discharge of blood after the birth of a child or after a miscarriage is known as nif\u0101s. You may not resume marital relations until completing nif\u0101s and take a bath. Nif\u0101s starts from the time of childbirth and continues until the bleeding stops. There is no minimum limit for nif\u0101s, but there is a maximum limit of 40 days after which nif\u0101s will automatically be over. It should be noted that for nif\u0101s to end prior to completing 40 days, the bleeding must stop for 15 days continuously.
