In the name of\u00a0All<\/em><\/u><\/strong>\u0101<\/u><\/em><\/strong>h<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If a woman is married to a man who is claiming to be a woman or wants to transition into being a woman, her marriage is still intact, provided the husband does not religiously deem the act of changing sexes, as Islamically allowed. According to Islam, he is still a man (male) if he was born with male anatomies. However, in such a circumstance, the wife in this predicament has the right to end her marriage through Khula\u2019 and or Faskh. \u2013 (See: Rad Al-Mu\u1e25t\u0101r, Vol 6, Page 728, D\u0101r Al-Fikr[1]<\/a>, Al-Shar\u1e25 Al-Mumt\u2019i, Vol 12, Page 106, D\u0101r Al-Nashr)[2]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
