Is there a valid difference of opinion on whether the translation of the Qur\u2019\u0101n takes the \u1e25<\/em>ukm<\/em> (ruling) of the Qur\u2019\u0101n or of tafs\u012br<\/em>?<\/span><\/p>\n

The translation of the Qur\u2019\u0101n is likened to the tafs\u012br of the Qur\u2019\u0101n.
