If I lay in bed and my wife masturbates me with ejaculation and I don\u2019t touch her, does my fast still break?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When ejaculation takes place during fasting due to fondling or sexual acts, qadha must be done but there will be no kaffarah. (1)<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Interaction of this nature with one’s spouse should only be done when there is a certainty that ejaculation won’t take place otherwise the intimacy between a couple should be minimum whilst fasting.<\/span><\/p>\n
