Instead, if the rental income reaches the value of <em>nis\u0101b<\/em>, and remains for a complete Islamic year or the said person is a possessor of <em>nis\u0101b<\/em> and pays <em>zak\u0101t<\/em> on his other assets,[cash, gold silver etc], this rental income will form part of the other cash and will be subject to <em>zak\u0101t<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
