Is she obligated to wear a hijab?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><u><strong>In the name of <\/strong><\/u><em><u><strong>All<\/strong><\/u><\/em><em><u><strong>\u0101<\/strong><\/u><\/em><em><u><strong>h<\/strong><\/u><\/em><u><strong>, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><u><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>All\u0101h Ta\u2019\u0101l\u0101 <\/em>commands: {And tell the believing women that they must lower their gazes and guard their private parts, and must not expose their adornment, except that which appears thereof, and must wrap their bosoms with their shawls, and must not expose their adornment, except to their husbands or their fathers or the fathers of their husbands, or to their sons or the sons of their husbands, or to their brothers or the sons of their brothers or the sons of their sisters, or to their women, or to those owned by their right hands, or male attendants having no (sexual) urge, or to the children who are not yet conscious of the shame of women. And let them not stamp their feet in a way that the adornment they conceal is known. She would be the same as a non-<em>Mahram<\/em> man as there is fear of <em>Fitnah<\/em> occurring. Thus, it would be compulsory to maintain <em>Hij<\/em><em>\u0101b<\/em> in front of her.
