Every shareholder has the right to sell his share to another so that the buyer replaces him in the ownership of the share, and the rights related to it (Fiqh-ul-Buyu, Vol 1, Pg 379) (1)<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n

It is permissible to trade in stocks as long as the stocks are of a Halal company and no Haram actions (e.g., interest) are involved in the transaction (Fiqh-ul-Buyu, Vol 1, Pg 381) (2)<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n
