When one’s mother passes away, does the inheritance go among all siblings (male and female) equally or do the brothers get twice the amount of their sisters?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, the brothers get twice the amount of their sisters.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the event that a man or woman passes away and leaves behind both male and female children, the male inherits the part of the two females since Allah SWT mentions:<\/span><\/p>\n
