Surely, Allah is severe at punishment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Although an action that is a means for a sin being committed will not be regarded as assisting in forbidden acts, some scholars have used the term (Assisting in Forbidden Acts) \u0627\u0639\u0627\u0646\u0629 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0639\u0635\u064a\u0629 for such actions too, as they are similar to each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">These are then categorized into 3 different types:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u2013 Those actions that are directly related to the sin and are a means for the sin coming into existence, in such a way that if the action did not take place the sin would not have been committed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">For example, using abusive language in regard to the idols that the disbelievers worship will result in the disbelievers reviling Allah Ta\u2019ala. Thus, in Verse 6:108 of the Holy Quran, Muslims are prohibited from using abusive language in regard to the idols the disbelievers worship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0633\u064f\u0628\u0651\u064f\u0648\u0627\u06df \u0671\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u064a\u064e\u062f\u0652\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646 \u062f\u064f\u0648\u0646\u0650 \u0671\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u064a\u064e\u0633\u064f\u0628\u0651\u064f\u0648\u0627\u06df \u0671\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064e \u0639\u064e\u062f\u0652\u0648\u064b\u06e2\u0627 \u0628\u0650\u063a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u0650 \u0639\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064d\u06e2 \u06d7<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cDo not revile those whom they invoke other than Allah, lest they should revile Allah in transgression without having knowledge.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 <strong>\u2013 <\/strong>Those actions that are directly related to the sin, but are not a means for the sin to come into existence. For example, one sells grape juice to a person who will make wine out of it, but the person selling the grape juice does not intend to make wine out of it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The ruling regarding such actions will be that if the person had knowledge of the sin being committed, the action will be <em>makrooh tahrimi <\/em>(prohibitively disliked); and if the person did not have knowledge of the sin being committed, the action will be <em>makrooh tanzihi <\/em>(reprehensible).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 -Those actions that are not directly related to the sin, but become a means for the evil to be committed at a later stage. For example, a person sells grapes to another person who will later make it into grape juice to make wine from it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Such actions are permissible but will be <em>makrooh tanzihi <\/em>(reprehensible) if the person knows that the sin will be committed. [Jawahirul Fiqh Vol7 P510]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">After understanding the above, you should see if you are directly involved or being a means to selling haram food.
