Question:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I had sold some materials to one person but he took the part delivery of that materials and some materials was not lifted because it was stucked below other materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After some days his material was ready for delivery as I didn’t had his contact number I sent a message to him to take the delivery of balance materials but the person of my shop whom I had sent told me some different thing that he is not coming, sometime he was not there etc etc<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today I got that person’s number which was with his cousin and conveyed a message that tell your uncle to take the delivery, mean while I got busy in work and he came thrice to my place that also my godown person didn’t told me.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After my maghrib prayer he met me I started scolding him that why you are not taking the delivery, next time I won’t make stand you in front of me, you all do this purposely,now don’t say that you are getting loss in the earlier delivery etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Actually he was about to cry and took me to my place and explained the whole situation in front of my person that, I came thrice you were busy. Now I realised that it was my mistake and miscommunication.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But the thing is that he told me seth aapne sabke saamne meri izzat kharaab kar di Maine mere rone ko control Kia hun ( you have spoiled my image in front of every one I was about to cry)<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And really he was about to cry but I apologised to him and told him that due to miscommunication all this happened so please forgive me also told my friend to tell him to forgive me and don’t keep anything in heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

I directly called him and offered apology and also told whatever is your loss I will adjust it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But after all this my heart is not satisfied that will he forgive me also in Islam breaking someone heart is a grave sin because broken heart is consider Allah’s arsh<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I repented in prayers also so please guide me what to do<\/span><\/p>\n

When a Muslim wishes to repent for a wrong he has committed, there are usually three steps to repent: 1-Acknowledging the mistake, 2-Seeking forgiveness from Allah, and 3-Making a sincere intention to never repeat the sin. When this wrongdoing is connected to another person then in order to gain forgiveness from Allah, he must first gain the forgiveness of the person he has wronged.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If you have wronged someone publicly, then it is only fair to apologise publicly as well. Publicly acknowledging your mistake shows that you take responsibility for your actions and value the feelings of the person you have wronged. It is an important step in rebuilding trust and maintaining integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Insha\u2019Allah, your sincerity will be recognised by the person you want forgiveness from and they will understand the genuine remorse you feel for your actions. Make dua to Allah that He softens their heart and grants you the opportunity to seek forgiveness and reconcile with them. After all this effort even if you do not get the desired outcome straight away, be patient and remember that Allah is the best of planners.<\/span><\/p>\n
