My friend is 25 years old now but when he was 15 he used to massage his mother but one day saw her private part while massaging he had lust and \u00a0erection but his mother didn\u2019t had any bad intentions and he didn\u2019t know about hurmat e musahara . Later when he knew about hurmat e musahara he asked forgiveness from Allah as he is most forgiving . Is his parents marriage still there and with sincere repentance is he forgiven . Please help as he is in lot of pain and asks for forgiveness every time.<\/span><\/p>\n

An important factor to consider for the application of hurmat e musaaharah is if lust occurred at the time of touching or not. If it did occur then hurmat e musaaharah applies. If it didn\u2019t occur, then hurmat e musaaharah will not apply and it is strongly recommended and advised to give sadaqah\/charity. Strong forgiveness should be sought and one should educate oneself regarding the principles of Islam, and touching; who one can touch after reaching the age of puberty and to what extent.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, he felt lust and experienced an erection. It does not matter if the mother didn\u2019t feel it because he did and the ruling will apply.<\/span><\/p>\n
